I was trying to configure IPMA. On the manager phone it shows assistant not available. On the assistant when I click IP Phone service it says "Cisco IPMA Service not supported on this device". Please suggest..

Be sure the assistant is configured on a 7960 phone instead of a 7940 or other phone. The assistant side of the IPMA application is only supported on a 7960, as other phones don't have enough line appearances.

Both the phones are 7960s. Still I get the error. I am using 2 lines on the assistant phone.

This is no longer true as of CM 3.3.3

It sounds like you are trying to do something that is neither supported or necessary. The Assistant does not need to log into the IPMA service. The Assitant should use their console to control their portion of the IPMA application.
