Is Analog E & M capable of DID?

Can Analog E&M 2 or 4 wire handle DID? I am not aware of this but if someone has knowledge of this I would appreciate it.

Yes, analog E&M supports DID. I believe that there are some limitations on passing ANI over analog E&M so you won't get CLID.

As far as I know, the only way you can get callerID info from e&m is through fgd (feature group d) signalling from the telco. Never seen it offered in my area.

Caller ID is also supported with FGB on T1 CAS interfaces
