Hi,
I have configured caller-id with fxo-m2 and it works, provided that the line from the telco has enabled caller-id. Make sure to know the caller-id standard being used in your area because every cptone has different standards. By the way I'm using H.323 with CallManager 3.1, MGCP with CallManager 3.1 does not support caller-id.
Hope this will help.

We are using 3.1(4b) with MGCP over PRI on a 3662 router and caller ID is working pretty well. Outbound name and number work fine. Inbound number works fine, but not name - I am told that is a MGCP compatibility issue with certain types of Lucent switch signallings that will likely be fixed in an early patch following CM 3.3.

Caller ID also works with fxo-m1 cards.
I believe the command is something like:
voice-port 1/0/0
caller-id enable

I currently do not have his command available in this image: c2600-is3x-mz.122-13.T.bin. This FXO card VIC-2FXO-M2.
What IOS image are you running?
Thanks,
George.

you need IP Plus ios, and you can run debug vpm signaling, and look to ensure the telco is sending caller ID and Name info.
