Jabber for iPhone, Incoming Calls go Missed Call

Incoming Calls on Jabber for iPhone, shows immediately as a missed Call.Has anyone had this issue? It is intermittent, and happens especially when the Mobile is locked.

The service paramater  adjusted  1500 as default. it means 1.5 second is not enough to deliver call to Jabber , it  terminated the call and appeared  "missed call"  ,,, the issue will be resolved by increasing  the value of SIP Dual Mode Alert Timer to 4500  on  Service paramater (CUCM)
