I started working with Cisco as end customer in a companie that upgraded it's old Panasonic PBX with a Cisco Call Manager version 3.0 and IPCCX 3 back in 1994. By that time i had no idea about Cisco's telephony infrastructure so i had to learn about switches, gateways and IP Telephony. We had a lot of issues then at first while stabilization, but then it was very stable. In 1996 i decided to quit to find new challenges so I had the chance to start working in DESCA, a local Cisco Partner in Colombia. The new job forced me to study a lot, reason of that is that companie's objectives is to deliver high customer satisfaction based on the quality of services. by then i had no idea Cisco had so strong study career, with so many branches (Voice, R&S, Security) so i decided to learn Ip Telephony, of course after finishing CCNA certification, i continued studyng to achieve the CCVP certification. Since then i have being working with Cisco IP Telephony and Cisco IP Voice applications and services in different end customers and different projects, and now i'm looking for the Voice CCIE, a dream i think Engineers with experience like me have as well.
