Perform health checks of CUCM 10.5.1

Hi,

how to Perform health checks of CUCM, Unity and UCCX Ver.10.5.1 what are the commands  need to run in CLI. what is the procedure?  

Please, Advise.

Hi Choudhary,

You can use the below commands to perform a health check:

Show status (Shows real time disk usage/hostname/Current CPU usage)

utils diagnose test (This command performs a general diagnostics)

utils ntp status (Command use to check NTP status. )

utils dbreplication runtimestate (command use to check dbreplication)

Utils service list  (shows a list of services running)

Also, you need to make use of the syslog viewer for any alerts or warnings.

Hi,

Most of these commands will work on Unity Connection , IM&P and UCCX as well. However, telepresence applications use different methods. For VCS you may refer the following
