Trying to grab the logs from Jabber on iPhone, using Settings> Problem Reporting> enable Detailed Logging> Send via email. But I never receive the emails. I've tried sending to my company email, to a personal email, etc. Is it Jabber sending the email, or is it the iPhone?

But unfortunately I never receive the email(s). I've tried multiple times. Hit the send button but never get the email.

Jabber is using the standard email programm, that is set in the iPhone settings.
If you never get the email, then check the "sent" emails folder in your email app, if it was really sent or check your email server settings, if the email got blocked there.
Also keep in mind, that the email itself could be too large because of the problem report file. Maybe it was never sent, because it is too large.
But all this has nothing to with Cisco or Jabber. It's just about sending emails.
