keeping shared lines from seeing call information

I have a 4.1 ccm installed at a government agency. There is an issue where a shared line apperance shows call information such as called number or calling number as well as duration. The customer indicated that this is not acceptable, so I turned on Privacy on the device that has the shared line. I reset the phone and yet the call information is still showing. Any thoughts?

The privacy key should appear as a softkey option when on a shared line phone call. Pressing the privacy key during the call should then make the call information hidden from the shared line appearance on other phones. It does not work without pressing the privacy key during the call.
