Our network is comprised of several customers who all use the same VOIP infrastructure. We have a requirement to limit the Global Directory and search results to only include members of their organization, BUT they want the functionality to connect to a user outside their organization if the actual phone number is dialed. This is a completely closed IP only network; no outside gateway. We are running CCM v4.1
Is this easy to accomplish? Thank you very much for any advice.
