line group problem

when creating a line group of 3 lines with the line group distribution algorithm "circular" on no answer, the 3 phones will ring one after each other.

(so far, so good) Once they all rang, you will get a busy tone. Apparantly, it is not possible to create a "circular" group this way. (I would like this group to ring infinitly ...)

Workaround: define the same line group with the same numbers a second time (with another name), and put them on the second place in the hunt list. (problem, we have 150 hunt pilots with each 10 lines in it, so we need to create all of these)

Does anyone else has got a real solution for this ?

On the Hunt Pilot under "Forward Hunt No Answer" enter the DN of the Hunt Pilot, this way you will create an loop through this line group. You can also do the same for "Forward Hunt Busy" if you want. I just tried it and it works.

OK, I know this works. But in that case, you cannot create a sort of overflow to another group if required.
