Link to configure CME4 PVDM2?

CME 4 config guide only has info about configuring NM-HDV and NM-HDV2 but not PVDM2. CME router 2851, has onboard PVDM2 daughter cards. Where can I find info about configuring CME PVDM2?

I guess the big difference here would be that the onboard pvdm2's are referred to using voice-card 0 command. Slot 1 would be the network module..

Were you able to get this resolved? I have a 2801 which I have installed two PVDM2 cards, but can't seem to locate the right infomation to configure them in CME4.

Any help would be appricated.
