I am locked out of CRA 3.0. Does anyone know how to easily reset the password of the default administrator for first-time setup? I saw a DE do it one time but forgot.
For anyone else who runs into this, remove or rename the file C:\windows\system32\ccn\ccndir.ini and reboot or otherwise make sure all the services are restarted. Next time you go in, you will be able to go back through first-time setup.
