Login/Password reset on a Cisco 2911 router

Is there a way to reset the login and password on a 2911, or does the box need to have a factory reset performed?

Here's the Cisco documentation for the 2900 series ISRs:

Basically this lets the router boot bypassing the saved config, load the config after boot, you put in a new secret or username/password and save the config. 

This requires a reload and console access so there will be interruption to network activity.
