I have Media Sense 9.1.0..
Having trouble saving a particular recording to save off and send to a customer. See the attached picture..when I click on the icon of the "floppy disk" nothing ever happens. I do the same for other recordings and it asks me what/where I want to save it to..
any ideas how I can pull it down? through ssh? Thanks1

Try different browsers, there was a bug similar to this with IE
