MeetingPlace Express - General Error: Contact System Administrator

Hello

I have installed MeetingPlace Express. So far I can access all the web pages and functions except I can not join and/or start a meeting

When ever I click on Join meeting, I enter the username and password and/or login as a guest, I get this error message

General Error: Contact System Administrator

any idea why?

The system has default license 6

Have you tried from different PCs?

Yes, I have tried from different PC and it is the same message. Log files does not say much?

Does the problem occur with web-conference?(voice-conference is OK?)

If the answer for the above question is YES, then the patch attached. (You can also download it from Cisco.com)

Pls reply to let me know whether this works or not.
