I want to Control my Voice Gateway with MGCP and I have a cluster with:

CUCM Pub 10.10.10.10

CUCM Sub 10.10.10.11

The only commands needed in the Voice Gateway are:

VG(config)# ccm-manager config server 10.10.10.11

VG(config)# ccm-manager config

What if I loose the CUCM Sub?

Will the CUCM Pub continue to communicate with the Voice Gateway?

Do I need to put any other configuration in the Voice Gateway to point also the CUCM Pub?

Hi,

Can you check & share the output of show mgcp if it shows the details of the backup call agent?

In case ithe output of "show mgcp "doesnt show the details of the backup node then check the CCM group defined on the CUCM and add the below commands:

ccm-manager redundant-host {ip-address | DNS-name} [ip-address | DNS-name]

ccm-manager switchback {graceful | immediate |
