MRA 8845 Intercom

Has anyone tried and had success with an Intercom between two phones?

8845 phone Remote via expressway, and an 8845 internal network.

The external phone can intercom the internal phone. Both parties can hear each other.

But the internal phone gets a 404 not found error when intercoming the external phone.

I have CUCM 9.1.2 with expressway 8.7.1. Just wanted to know if my config was wrong or a limitation with MRA or a Version I have.

Hi Edip,

The limitations section of the MRA Deployment Guide or the Phone Firmware release notes for 8800 series do not call out for any specific limitation with Intercom feature. However, it would be good to confirm the same with TAC before rolling out this feature in bulk.
