MWI coming on but won't go off

Last phase of a dual switch UM (Unity 4.0.2) install. Everything working well. CM (3.3) works perfectly. Definity users get MWI on indication and are able to read messages etc via phone or outlook but the light never goes off. Any ideas? (Codes are correct)

Is Unity doing DTMF lamping with the Definity, or is it using a PBXLink?

If there is or was a resync set on the switch page, the problem could be CSCdx12829.

Bingo. Changed the avaya ini file from port memory "yes" to port memory "no". Saved file and all lights went out!
