MWI using VG248

I have connected Analog Phone to VG248 and using FCS Winvoice as Voice mail system.

I have configured the MWI on/off (1001/1002) on CallManager and VG248. When I dial the WMI 1001, the MWI on Phone turn on and when dial 1002, the MWI on phone turn off.

However, the MWI cannot turn on when voicemail arrive (I can check the voice mail but no MWI).

Please help.

When you dial the ON/OFF extensions it's simply CallManager functionallity, are you sure FCS Winvoice supports it? Is the configuration on FCS Winvoice for MWI correct?
