Before you add the button URL, you need Subscribe the service to the phone
Procedure
Step 1 Choose Device > Phone.
The Find and List Phones window displays.
Step 2 To locate a specific phone, enter search criteria and click Find.
A list of phones that match the search criteria displays.
Step 3 Choose the phone to which you want to add a service.
The Phone Configuration window displays.
Step 4 On the upper, right side of the window, choose Subscribe/Unsubscribe Services from the Related Links drop-down list box and click Go.
The Subscribed IP phone services window displays for this phone.
Step 5 From the Select a Service drop-down list box, choose the service that you want to add to the phone.
Step 6 Click Next.
The window displays with the service that you chose. If you want to choose a different service, click Back and repeat Step 5.
Step 7 If the service has required parameters, enter that information into the field that is provided.
Step 8 Click Subscribe.
The service displays in the Subscribed Services list.
Step 9 If you want to subscribe to additional services, click the Subscribe a New Service link in the Subscribed Services area. Repeat Step 5 through Step 8.

Thanks for the reply.
I have done that and when I hit the service button I get a host not found. I think something is off with my phone service config. I currently have http://10.100.20.113

Maybe the subnet where your IP-Phone is in can`t reach the Service URL address (port 80).
Or you are using a firewall that is blocking the communication between IP-Phone and Callmanager.
Browse the URL in question with Microsoft Internet Explorer or download and verify with another web browser, or use a logged telnet session to verify that the desired HTTP headers are returned (Telnet to the server on port 80; then, enter get /path/page).
Let me know the complete path of the service configured on the Callmanager.

I have connectivity from phone to cm and location of XML file. I think it the config under the phoneservices
phone sevices config (sevice url http://10.100.20.113/ccmuser )
file lication C:\Users\fuentcur\Desktop\Store\Club_Filecopy.xml (ip is 10.100.20.113).

I`m not expert in XML app, but looks like that your service url (http://10.100.20.113/ccmuser) does not match with your XML application location.
Ensure that your server where is running the XML application is running the IIS service.
A URL constitutes the core of each service. When a service is chosen from the menu, the URL gets requested via HTTP, and a server somewhere provides the content. The Service URL field shows this URL entry. For the services to be available, the phones in the Cisco Unified CallManager cluster must have network connectivity to the server.
