We are having a problem with users reporting slowness when they are connecting their PC's through their phones. The phones in use are 7912's 7940's and 7960's. The network layout is two 3560G PoE switches with the data and voice network separated by VLANS. They are CSSP build phones. Here is the 7940 load:
App Load ID: P00307020400
Boot Load ID: PC0303010200
Version: 7.2(4.0)
The problem gradually builds to the point where the network access becomes unusable, but voice calls are just fine. Rebooting the phone fixes the problem for a short time.
Any thoughts?

please post the switch-port config from the 3560G?
We just need to see the standard config for one of the ports connected to IP phone.

interface GigabitEthernet0/3
switchport access vlan 30
switchport voice vlan 2
spanning-tree portfast
end
Fairly standard configuration across all the ports.

So is this a new deployment or did this problem come to surface out of the blue?

July is when we deployed their system, its been an off and on thing since day one, but is becoming more common now. The 7960 phones seem to be having the most problem.
