Hi Guys
I have a customer with CUCM11, the voice VLAN is mirrored to record all voice calls to the NICE server
For some reason, only internal calls are recorded on certain phones and not on others
Phone config is identical to those that are working
Switch config is fine as well.
Any idea's on what it could be?

Are you trying to do Span Based Recording there Maheer. How about doing a phone based recording wherein the Built-In-Bridge gets involved and do it that way. Simply enable the Automatic Recording option on the line level for problematic phone/s and set the recording profile pointing towards NICE recording solution and check it that way.

So I cant switch to a phone based recording as that will require a reconfiguration of the NICE recording platform setup
Is there a way that I can prove CUCM is initiating CTI Events and RTP Streams?
