Could you please clarify this? Do you mean to say that NM-HDA actual DID trunk lines but DOES support incoming DID calls? Or are you saying that the FXO ports don't support DID numbers whatsoever?
It is my understanding that the former is the case.
Analog DID and FXO are two completely separate things. Analog DID trunks do not provide dial tone, support INBOUND calls only and require the VIC-4FXS/DID module which is not a supported option on the NM-HDA.
