no ringback at pstn phone when doing a call transfer

Hi Community,

I´m having the following problem.

A Callmanager running 3.3(3)SR4a and a H.323 Gateway running IOS 12.2-15-ZJ2.

A pstn-caller hears no ringback after a call-transfer from one IP-Phone (1) to another IP-Phone (2) while the IP-Phone (2) is ringing.

I had a look at CCO and found some hints:

Pots Dial-peer:

progress_ind alert enable 8

progress_ind progress enable 8

progress_ind connect enable 8

VoIP Dial-peer:

progress_ind setup enable 3

and further on the Callmanager to set

Service Parameters -> callmanager -> ToSendH225UserInfoMsg = true.

This must be under CCM-Ver. 3.0 in Ver 3.3.3 I found the parameter "Send H225 User Info Message " I´ve tried the settings: "User Info for Ring Back Tone" and "H225 Info for Ring Back".

All this settings did not solve my problem.

Has anybody any idea about this problem?

You can tried 12.2(15)ZJ3. I was having the same problem but the upgrade works for me.
