Hello everyone,
I have a cal flow as below"
Customer (H323 v3) --> (H323) GW 3845 (SIP) -->(SIP) Softswitch (SIP)--> PGW --> PSTN
My problem is when customer call telephone numbers of PSTN Carrier A, it has ringbacktone.
But when calling PSTN Carrier B, it doesn't has ringback tone.
Another customer use H323 verison 4 and everything is fine.
However our current customer only can use H323 version 3.
If they use H323 version 3 and calling PSTN Carrier A, GW 3845 sends "Alerting OpenLogialChannel" and caller can hear ringback tone.
But when calling PSTN Carrier B, GW 3845 only sends "Alerting" and caller can not hear ringback tone.
Please give me a solution to solve this problem.
Thank you very much.
