hi,
We did the initial configuration reqiured doe Cisco CUE but not able to ping or browse the CUE web page .
here is the output of some show commands...

do you have:
ip http server
Also, what's the ipconfig on the workstation you're trying to use?
Are you using any kind of access-lists?

For a min, you need the following config on the router.
int service-engine 0/0
no shut
ip unnumber fa0/0
service-module ip add
service-module ip default-gateway
ip route
