Odd number of DLUs

Hello,

I've been searching for a while for an answer to this question, and no one has really come up with a good solution. So we have internal customers what want one off 7937 conference phones, which is no problem, the question comes for the license of the device. We make the business unit pay us back for the phone, (cisco part CP-7937G). We are running Unified Communications manager 8.1.6, how do I get the customer to buy the appropriate number of DLUs for our system? From what I can tell I can only get DLUs in batches of 10, and a 7937 uses 3. So I can either burden the customer with the cost of all 10 DLUs, which isn't right, or hope to get roughly three conference phones in at the same time - which has yet to happen. Any thoughts on this?

Hi Carl,

For situations like this we've always bought the DLU's in bulk

like you nicely noted and then charged back the proportionate

amount to the Department.

So if we bought 100 DLU's @ x $$ (say $5,000)

We would charge the cost of the 7937 + 3/100 of the $5,000
