We have softphone working over VPN.when we call from softphone to softphone we have 2 way audio. but when we call from softphone to IP phone or vice versa ,only the softphone user can listen not the IP phone. I checked the netwrok audio setting in Audio portion and i have the ip address of the VPN adaptor. Any idea?

Yes,
Check your IP address of your IP phone in your user associated devices settings. Is it set up for your IP phone address or your VPN address?? Also look at the IP address on your softphone settings and see if it is seeing an IP address that your VPN gives out.
