Has anyone come across this before or able to provide a solution?
I have a CUCM system which has two CUBE's integrated via SIP trunks. When looking into the SIP calls via RTMT under Voice/Video > Session Trace Log View > Real Time Data it never shows calls via CUBE02, only CUBE01.
We can see successful calls via both CUBEs in the CDR's, but for some reason RTMT doesn't show this. As calls are load balanced for inbound and primarily route out of this secondary CUBE, we should be seeing entries in the Real Time Data within RTMT but aren't.
Just to note, CUBE02 shows as a valid option to pick under the Performance Section within RTMT and can monitor the active calls there.
Any suggestions?
