I am aware of Cisco Attendant Console and of the 7914 "side car" options for my operators to be able to tell who is on their phone and for easy transfers.
Is there anything else available from Cisco or a third party?
Attendant console tends to get "messy" with more than 15 - 20 phones to keep track of and as far as I know 2 - 7914s is the max (28 lines).
My corporate operator (who is still on the old Avaya system) has to be able to answer & transfer calls for around 60 phones and I am afraid I would get "lynched" if I tried to give her either of these solutions.
