Outbound Diva Routing

Rookie quesiton: What is the best practice and where do I make the changes for the following senerio:

Adding a Long distance t-1 Pri(diva) to complement our local T-1 pri. Need to route LD Outbound calls over the new DIVA Gateway and would like to set some type of fail over/ back up incase the Diva is full or down. Call manager 4.x

Add a new GW in Callmanager

Create a route group listing this new GW first and the old one second

Create a route list listing this RG

Assign this RL to all long distance route patterns
