Hello,
Callmanager version : 3.3
Our problem is the following: we can park calls by the attendant console, but these parked calls are not displayed in the "parked calls" window ?

Make sure that the ca user has the box checked Call Park retrieval allowed.

I am experiencing the same problem and would appreciate any other thoughts. The AC User and the user in question both have Call Park Retrieval Allowed checked.
