Personal Address Book Synchronisation with Microsoft Exchange contacts

Personal Assistant Address Book Synchronisation with Microsoft Exchange contact is working in a one way direction.

Contacts created in PAB, gets synchronised to the Microsoft Exchange contacts in Outlook.

Contacts cretated in MS Outlook, does not get synchronised to the Personal Address Book.

Has someone seen this behaviour before. Thanks

If the Unity server and exchange server are different the the sync will not work. PAB assumes voicemail server is where the users are located.
