Personal Directory Synchronising issue

We are running Callmanager 3.3.4 and have setup Quick dial and Personal Adress Book service on callmanager. The IP Phone address book synchroniser allows you to synchronise with Outlook Express (the *.wab file) but not Outlook contacs. Is there a way to sychronise Outlook contacts with the Cisco IP phone PAB?
