Phone Number LDAP Attribute on CUCM

Hi Guys,

May I know whether it is possible to use another LDAP attribute for phone number field in CUCM? I am aware that usually it uses ipPhone and telephoneNumber. For some reason, according to the AD guy, I have to look at another AD field other than those two attributes. Can I use a custom AD attribute? Thank you.

No, you can only use what is in the drop-down.

Custom attributes are not used by CUCM itself, they are meant so other apps that use CUCM as the directory (Like ACs) consume them.
