We are seeing a perfmance problems with the 7940 and 7960 and a PC connected to them. What we are seeing is that if I have identical pc's connected both through the phone and directly to the Cisco Switch. If we request the same file at the same time from both pc's, the one directly connected will get the file is 60 seconds and the one that is connected through the 7960 is 90 seconds. No call were in progress during the test.
We know that the switch performance on the 7912 is poor, but we have been told by Cisco AM's and SE's and they are telling the customers, that they will not see any performance change.
What is the story? and when will it be fixed?
