I have about 35 phones which are all working but when I go on callmanager all these devices show a status of "not Found"
if I reboot the phone is comes back up but still show "not found" on cm,

Restart RIS data collector service on all CMs in a cluster. That should fix it.

what version ccm?
what type of phone(s)? what phone load?

its 7912,7940,7960 and CTI ports
cm version 4.13
latest device pack installed 28.2

Hi,
I have the same problem and restarting the RIS service and WWW service on all servers in the cluster doesn't work for me
Any other suggestions?
