Plar for TAPS doesn't work on CCM4.1, did someone come across this, is there a different way to do it than CCM4.0

Hi Joel,
With plar you mean going off-hook and dial directly into TAPS CTi Route point
Once i tried that and was a problem with CCS and partitions

Joel,
Please try the following:
**********
Partitions
**********
partitionPLAR
partitionTAPS
**********
CSS
**********
CSSPLAR
partitionPLAR
CSSTAPS
partitionTAPS
*****************
IP Phone for PLAR
*****************
Just include this CSS for testing purposes
CSSPLAR
*******************
Translation pattern
*******************
Blank
partitionPLAR
CSSTAPS
Called number: TAPS CTI RP
*******************
TAPS CTI RPs
*******************
partitonTAPS
Let us know if that work for you
Otherwise could be great if you give us more detailed for your current config and upload the detailed CCM trace.
What do you hear?
Reorder tone?
Dead air, then fast busy?

Hi,
My TAPS is working fine, if I dial my TAPS #, I get on, but I want the phones to automaticaly dial TAPS when they go off-hook, I created the Partition/CSS and a Translation pattern with TAPS access # as the Called party mask and add the CSS to the device pool in CSS for Auto registration.
I get it to work everytime on CCM4.0, but we all have problems on CCM4.1[If I go off-hook I get a normal dial-tone].
Thanks,
Joel

Hey Justin,
I have checked my PT and CSS, I feel there is some other way of doing it in CCM4.1

Have you tried to do plar to dummy phone and dummy phone with CFA forward to TAPS ?

Hi thanks for the reply, now I've found that Plar for TAPS does work on 4.1 but it requires a restart of the server after the Plar is configured.
What is a CFA?
