T1 PRI on 2821 MGCP Gateway. Calling party transform mask is set in the route pattern but caller ID still shows only the main number of the PRI.
debug ISDN Q931 looks like correct digits are being sent
Calling Party Number i = 0x0881, '8123844431'
Plan:National, Type:Unknown
Called Party Number i = 0x80, '18123090681'
Plan:Unknown, Type:Unknown

Call the provider and ask them how many digits are they expecting. We had a problem where our carrier was expecting 10 digits and we were sending 11 digits. Because of this discrepancy the attached the main PRI number to all outgoing calls.

They are expecting 10 digits, which is what we are sending.

if the debug shows the right clid then you are sending it. The GW is the last frontier between you and the telco. Call yuor SP and ask them if they are pinning all your calls to your DID number of if they require certain numbers only to be sent. Some SPs will not allow arbitrary numbers to be send. In any case is a telco issue

Hi Lisa,
I'm sure Jose is on the right track, that this is a Telco issue. Our service provider will tag all outgoing calls with the main Name and Number of our business unless we pay per B-channel for a service package to send actual DID numbers and names.
