I see Cisco doesn't support MWI with DMS-100 equipment (only QSIG or T-CCS), anyone know why? Is DMS-100 proprietary to Nortel or a open standard?

Go to Unity admin, select Subscriber/Mssages/MWI, make sure the box of Use MWI for msg notification is checked; then click on Refresh status.

We have CCM 4.13 with Unity (using both voicemail boxes and Unifed messaging), then we attached a second smdi link for the Nortel SL-100 (which is basically the same software as a DMS-100) to the Unity servers and connected some analog lines. We are now offering Unified Messaging to the Nortel SL-100 phone users.
