Hi, We are using Cisco Call Manager 3.1.4 and 2 T1 ISDN PRI in a WS-X6608-T1. In some outbound calls to the PSTN we do not listen the voice from the other side, but they listen to us.
Any idea about this?
Thanks in advance

This type of problem could be many things. It could stem from an encoding problem to dropped packets across your pri. The best way to tell what is going on is to look at a callmanager trace. I would suggest opening a ticket with the TAC and we'll get you fixed up:).

1. Usually, one way voice stems from routing issues. You can check to make sure you are getting correct DHCP settings on the T1 ports.
2. I've seen this problem but with CM 4.01 ES24. It was a load isse and when we changed the load file in CallManager, it started working.

by the way, correction, we had to downgrade after installing es24 on CM 4.01. Seems like the code on es24 which contains l oad for 6608 is broken.
In your case, you may need to upgrade the load. Here's the load that was working for me: D00404000008
