problems with Access Gateway Module on 4506

we have a 4506 switch with Access Gateway Module and E1 PRI card on it.

I have configured the module as IP Telephony gateway and works just like an H323 IOS router. Before getting the 4506, we had a 2610 with NM-HDV-E1 card working as H323 gateway and was working fine. I have configured the Access Gateway Module the same way as my old 2610 router, but the problem is that although I can receive incoming calls fine, I can not call outgoing calls. As soon as I finish dialing the number, I get a fast busy signal.

Anyone found similar problem before?

Please verify the destination pattern. It may not be configured properly.This could be one reason. And also by enabling 'debug isdn q931' you can find out the details of the call establishment.
