Hello!!
I have a Cisco IP Phone 7940, but it doesn't work. I reseted the phone, but when I pressed the button settings I cannot access to configuring settings. What can I do with this problem?.
Hope some one could help me.

If the phone is registered to CUCM/CME make sure you allow the access to the settings button on the device.

Hi there
If the phone in registered in CUCM, check the Setting Access Setting under Product Specific Configuration Layout
or do a factory reset
