Hi,
I have a 3rd party voice recorder and we noticed internal calls aren't being recorded. The call never reaches the server, we have a SIP trunk to the recorder and built in bridge is enabled on the device (8841's). Is there an additional configuration we're missing to enable internal recording?

Have you enabled recording profile at the DN level or not. Also, you might need to set Phone Preferred Recording to invoke the BIB of phone that in turn will send the recording streams to the Recording Server.

Yes, we enable the recording profile at the DN level and configured the Phone Preferred Recording.
