redundancy for a JTapi application

Hello everybody,

I have an application which captures JTapi events, filters them and notify an other application. I would like to have a backup system. If the application crashes, an other server can relay the first server which contains the application.

Have you got any ideas to solve my problem ?

Does it exist on call manager a system which can survey my application ?

Well,

You need to make some kind of keep-alives between your servers. If your secondary server doesn't receive them anymore (or monitor the process on the primary) it needs to be the active server and take control of the jtapi connection

Thank you for your response. I would like to know if this solution of keep-alive or an equivalent solution exists on the call manager or do I have to implement this solution ?
