Remote Controls for Tandberg and Cisco

I have two old Tandberg VTC remote controls that are beginning to malfunction. Are they covered under the Cisco Army Jela contract?

Can I have these items repaired/replaced?

I also have a newer Cisco remote which has failed;

As Jaime mentioned, you should contact your Account Manager regarding your questions.  However, in order to get replacements for defective or failed hardware, the endpoints that the remotes shipped with needs to have an active support contract, lookup the endpoint serial number using the Device Coverage Checker.  If you want to purchase spare remotes, the part number is CTS-RMT-TRC5.

Does the TRC5 control both Tandberg and Cisco codecs?

The TRC5 remote is comparable with both TANDBERG and Cisco endpoints. Some older endpoints use an earlier model of the TRC remote, the only difference is some key shortcuts might be different from model to model.
