Boss wants calls to him directed by the Caller ID. i.e. by who is calling. Lowlings will go to assistant, and VIPs calls will come to his phone. CAN this be done? How? CCM 3.3 PRI to outside gateway.
Someone suggested Personal Assistant or something like that, but if there was such a thing one of the experts here would have known about it. Guess it can't be done.
Take at look at Cisco IPMA. When setup with proxy mode the manager can toggle filters on and off. Filters can route calls to the manager based on Caller ID.
