Hello,

I have configured a route list with a route groupe that contain two H323 gateways. I have a busy tone when all ports in the first gateways are busy, and not re-route calls to the second VG.

Please, help me !

Does it work if you put only the second trunk in the route group? Are you certain that it is not the gateway?

There is a callmanager service parameter 'Stop Routing on Unallocated Number Flag' and 'Stop Routing on User Busy Flag' that by default are set to true. If false the CCM will route the call to the next device. Depending on the disconnect cause code received by the H323 gateway you disable the Unallocated or the Busy flag.
