RSEnableRemoteScripting error on Call Manager 4.0

Hi All,

I'm doing the initial configuration of a Call Manager. I am getting the following error messages:

JavaScript Application Error:

Cannot locate proxy which supports remote scripting

RSEnableRemoteScripting method invoked

followed by:

Failed to create ASP object for:_RemoteScripts/rs_routepartition.asp

I got this one when I tried to add the partitions. Similar ones appeared when I tried to configure phones.

This is Call Manager 4.0(2a)SR1

and Java JRE: SE v1.4.2_04

Any ideas?

Hi,

are you working on the console, or through a webbrowser session on another computer?

And have you tried resetting iis? (c:>iisreset /timeout:0)

Problem solved. I was using the Firefox browser to access ccmadmin. The problem does not appear when using Internet Explorer.
