Chris,
I am interested in the complete configuration including dial-peers. I would appreciate if you could paste the dial peer section as well.
Thanks

You don't need to add additional dial-peer configuration in SRST mode, you use the existing pots dial-peers to go out PSTN. When the phones register with SRST, the router automatically creates dial-peers with the phones extensions, you can view them by running "sh dial-peer voice summary".
Here are the dial-peers I use:
dial-peer voice 9 pots
description 10-Digit-Dialing
destination-pattern 9[2-9].........
direct-inward-dial
port 0/0/0:23
forward-digits 10

dial-peer voice 91 pots
description 11-Digit-Dialing
destination-pattern 91[2-9].........
direct-inward-dial
port 0/0/0:23
forward-digits 11
!
dial-peer voice 4700 voip
destination-pattern 470.
voice-class codec 1

Chris,
I have MGCP gateways, do you have any MGCP gateway configuration with SRST.
Thanks

MGCP gateways use MGCP fallback, which is a different feature from SRST.
Check these out:

I am having an issue with a remote site. If my 1760 loses connection to the CCM, the phones will register with gateway and inbound and outbound works fine. My problem is that graceful failover is not working. An in process call gets dumped when connection is lost between gateway and CCM. Any thoughts?
